What you’ll do

• Support the LCO team in various areas such as documentation, reporting and process optimization

• Preparing regular status updates, presentation slides and reports

• Prepare and support team and steering meetings including follow-ups

• Collaborating with various teams from within and outside the ECS organization

• Support delivery teams in operational activities such as review meetings, retrospectives and small projects

What you bring

• Experience of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelors degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Management

• Strong customer service orientation

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and adress issues.

• Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams and to manage the work of multiple teams within ECS.

• Ability to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way

• Basic knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies would be an advantage
