What you’ll do
Support the LCO team in various areas such as documentation, reporting and process optimization
Preparing regular status updates, presentation slides and reports
Prepare and support team and steering meetings including follow-ups
Collaborating with various teams from within and outside the ECS organization
Support delivery teams in operational activities such as review meetings, retrospectives and small projects
What you bring
Experience of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Management
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and adress issues.
Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams and to manage the work of multiple teams within ECS.
Ability to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way
Basic knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies would be an advantage
