Summary

This opening is with the Cross Unit Quality Services Integration service team in the SAP Product Engineering Enterprise Adoption area, that has the clear mission to verify how the integration capabilities of different SAP solutions meet customer expectations. One of the key focus areas for the team is to work on the customer readiness validation for the Intelligent Enterprise business scenarios

Role

We are looking for a motivated colleague with experience in project management of complex projects and industry knowledge of supply chain domain. You will be responsible for and drive the customer readiness validation projects for the Design 2 Operate (D2O) scenario as part of the Intelligent Enterprise program, working closely with all SAP development teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for multiple projects delivery with high quality, on time and budget

• Work with external customers to have their feedback on the D2O scenarios, through leading the Integration Experience Feedback projects

• Drive the resolution for any scoping, budgeting & change issues affecting the project

• Timely communication of project’s status to all stakeholders

• Effective follow-up of the project findings with development counterparts to ensure the resolution is on track

• Ensure seamless cross-unit communication & collaboration with all teams and stakeholders

• Provide ideas for service improvements & best practices

Role Requirement

• Experience of having led projects independently, with a successful track record

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio, including equipment design and asset maintenance & operations

• Understanding on Integration of S/4HANA with different SAP solutions in supply chain space and different SAP Middleware

• Knowledge about the SAP Intelligent Enterprise suite and different scenarios overview would be a plus

• Experience of successfully managing teams in a virtual environment

• Proven track record of building trust and managing stakeholderrelationships

• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Good team player with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
