SUMMARY
We are looking for Asset Management Consultants to work on leading customer facing project implementations of EAM in Telecom Industry at SAP Solution Delivery Center
THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, fit/gap analysis with respect to SAP EAM Solutions for Telecom
• You will be required to interact with customer and should be able to handle complex projects across various Business scenarios in Telecom including both point and network assets
• You will be required to lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
• You would get opportunity to work on global projects in SAP and experience to work on latest technologies
• You would be responsible to support solutioning and presales activities for Telecom Industry specific customers

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Possess in depth knowledge of the Domain & business processes in Telco Industry.
• Experience in driving & conducting designing workshops for Asset Management business process in SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules
• Design and configuration of e2e business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP’s solutions including the ability to develop solution frameworks including solution process landscapes and define integration touchpoints.
• Should have experience is gathering requirements from Customers, Preparing the Solution Design, Configuring the system and preparing functional specifications and project relevant documentation.
• Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and Solution Manager
• Work on customer proposals with Bid Management Team, Sales and Delivery Teams, create the necessary value-proposition and package the service offerings that makes it a winning deal
• Create a compelling solution framework including the solution process landscape, integration touchpoints and showcase business benefits / RoI calculations
• Ability to ramp up knowledge quickly and independently on new and changing regulations and industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Post-Graduate degree in Management
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• SAP Activate Implementation methodology and Solution Manager experience a requirement.
• Experience in LAM will be plus
• Additional knowledge of other services industries will be added advantage
• Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferred
• Minimum 4 to 6 SAP implementation experience in Telecom industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience

• Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon
• Travel Percentage – 30-40%
