SUMMARY

SAP’s key customers continuously extend and adapt their IT infrastructure and processes, to better serve evolving business needs while reducing cost and risk at the same time. SAP’s Customer Success organization enables SAP’s customers to consume SAP’s recent innovations to effectively manage the transition from today’s IT architecture.

The core task of the Center of Expertise is to support customers with premium engagement contracts through targeted service delivery. Our experts support customers in the planning and design phase, analyze and solve critical problems and offer reliable quality assurance of the results and the action plan created. The provision of specialist expertise as part of escalations round off our core areas of responsibility.

THE ROLE

The following tasks await you in your new role:
Application of the FI/CO/FSCM Functional or Techno-functional expertise for the digital transformation of our customers according to S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise

Design Customer Processes, Configuration of the system and Identification of gaps; designing custom processes

Delivery of premium engagement remote and onsite validation and support services

Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution.

High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases.

Willingness to travel on short notice (primarily within India and SE Asia) for varying durations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

3-6 years of experience in FI/CO/FSCM module specific development/consulting is desirable

ABAP development or consulting experience will be a plus

Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders’ satisfaction

Self-Driven in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasks

Strong interest to learn financials from business and IT application areas

Exposure to ERP and S4HANA products.

Good communication ability in English

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

A graduation in financials as major is preferred
