The ImpactYou’ll Make in this Role
 

Joining our ERP/SAP S4 HANA RunSupport Organization as an IT Analyst, you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some ofthe most innovative and diverse people around theworld.

This role will becritical to secure seamless ERP Operations across all globallydeployed S4 HANA and adjacent application capabilities globally.You will become part of our IT team which is centered in our GlobalCapability Center in Bangalore India which will scale significantlyas we are deploying our new ERP S4 based ecosystems of solutionsacross the world.

We arelooking for IT Subject Matter Experts in ORDER, SOURCE, PLAN, MAKE,DELIVER, and FINANCE business processes including Master DataManagement, SAP eCommerce Cloud, 3rd party Integrations using SAPBTP and other integration technologies with an excellent technicalbackground in SAP S4 HANA, BTP, Vistex, Ariba, IBP, GTS, OpenText,Mulesoft.

Solventum follows acloud first approach to provision IT solutions. Our SAP environmentis provided through RISE forSAP.

The role will require acombination of strong technical skills in the mentioned ERPsolutions in combination with working experience from a role in aSAP S4 Technical Center ofExcellence.

Here, you willmake an impact by:

• Analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical fixes for incidents impacting theoperation of the Solventum ERPplatforms.
• Monitoring the ERP system toidentify any issues or anomalies, investigate and troubleshootsystem errors, performance bottlenecks, and other technicalproblems.
• Collaborate with other teams (such asBasis administrators and developers) to resolve issuespromptly.
• Handle incoming incidents and servicerequests related, prioritize, and categorize incidents based ontheir impact and urgency and provide timely resolution or escalateto higher-level support if needed.
• Assist inapplying patches, updates, and upgrades to the ERP system whereapplicable and ensure that the system is up to date with the latestfixes and enhancements, collaborate with Software vendors and SaaSproviders.
• Manage user roles and authorizationsand ensure compliance with security policies and accesscontrols.
• Maintain documentation related tosystem configurations, processes, and procedures and generateregular reports on system health, incidents, and performancemetrics.
• Depending on your SAP S4 RUNexperience you will provide those services on Level 2 or Level 3 adtherefore also have the potential to grow within our team alongsidewith your increasing experience.
• Coordinatewith developers for customizations, enhancements, and bugfixes.
• Participate in testing and validation ofchanges. Assist in managing system changes, transports, andtransports approvals.
• Ensure proper changecontrol processes arefollowed.

YourSkills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in thisrole from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the followingqualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, information technology or a related field 
• Minimum of 3 years prior SAP ERP supportexperience
• Certifications specific to the SAPS4 modules or boundary solutions as listedabove

Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in thisrole include:

• Experience working with(or for) SAP, Certified Partners, Managed Services providers orSystem Integrators
• Experience in amulti-national large company – preferably in LifeSciences
• Work experience in a customer SAP ERPCenter of Expertise
• Understanding of ERP bestpractices in process design, configuration, anddevelopment
• Excellent interpersonal,presentation, written and team collaborationskills.
