Sartorius Hiring for Requirements Engineer (m|f|d) Instruments at Remote, India Full Time

Job Description

For the area of Integrity Testing within Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH at our site in Goettingen, Germany, we are currently looking for a Requirements Engineer Instruments (m|f|d). In this position you will be responsible for creating and maintaining requirements and work packages for our projects in Separation Instruments. Therefore, you need to have excellent communication skills, be able to independently interface with multiple stakeholders successfully and navigate different tools to create SMART requirements and strong acceptance criteria for each work-item.
What you will accomplish together with us

• You will be responsible for detailed recording, analysis and documentation of requirements for our product solutions in the Separation Instruments division
• An intensive cooperation with stakeholders, product development and testing teams to develop and detail acceptance criteria will be on your daily agenda
• Further you will translate customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications
• You analyze requirements for compliance with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Another responsibility of yours is the participation in the implementation and development of methods for the collection and management of product requirements for iterative development processes
• You will independently and actively participate in innovative development projects with a strong focus on product solutions for the bio-pharmaceutical industry

What will convince us

• You have a Masters, or at least a Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering
• You bring several years of work experience in requirements analysis, preferably in the field of biotechnology or instrument development
• You have excellent communication skills and define yourself as a good networker
• With an analytical mindset you have a strong customer-oriented focus and on processes
• Ideally you bring professional experience with ALM tools (Doors, Polarion, TFS, etc.)
• You have a willingness to travel up to 20% (internationally)
• Your previous experience with biotechnology downstream processes are desirable here
• Fluency in English and at least basic German skills round off your profile
