 
										
					
				Sarvodaya Hospital & Research Centre, Sector 8 , Faridabad is hiring for a dynamic and professional MRD Incharge who is result oriented and has passion for excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Review Records with Accuracy:
Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Responsible for security of medical records and to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
Compile and maintain patients’ medical records and to provide data for research or cost control and improvements efforts.
Ensure that process of document acceptance (Patient file), checking the relevant documents, scanning, coding and shelving is done properly in HIS.
Release information to persons and agencies according to regulations.
Plan, develop, maintain and operate a variety of health record indexes and storage and retrieval systems to collect, classify, store and analyze information.
Manage the department and supervise clerical workers, directing and controlling activities of personnel in the medical records department.
Identify, compile, abstract and code patient data, using standard classification systems.
Training of medical records staff.
Process and prepare business and government forms.
Compile & Analysis:
Compile medical care and census data for statistical reports on diseases treated, surgery performed, and use of hospital beds
Prepare statistical reports, narrative reports and graphic presentations of information such as tumor registry data for use by hospital staff, researchers, and other users.
Attend Medical record committee meeting and represent various required information/data
Receive summons of court & inform the concerned doctor about the same. Maintain a summon file for keeping all summons.
Arrange Video Conferencing for consultants; attend court with required document on summoned dates.
Death and birth data to be submitted in govt offices within stipulated time frame.
Follow Quality Policies:
Any assignment given by The Management from time to time.
Holding departmental meeting to allow free exchange of ideas.
Follow disciplinary & behavioral rules while on duty & should follow the Quality Policy of the Hospital.
Follow all NABH and organizational guidelines
Attend all training meant for the department.
