Roles and Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable
- To do the Regular payment chasing/ follow up with the concern
- To do the settlement of invoices in books
- To ensure Customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
- To Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices/payment
- To maintain contact with concern to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- To Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
