About the role

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to succeed. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

You should have a strong understanding of the IT sales process, including cold calling, lead generation, and building customer relationships. You should be proficient in using CRM and other sales-related systems.

You will also be responsible for responding to requests for quotations (RFQs), creating quotes, providing product and service information, and responding to customer inquiries.

This position offers a salary and bonus, not commission. After passing the interview stages, there will be a three-month paid probation period.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Conduct 60+ outbound calls per day to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential and existing customers.
• Pitching the value proposition of the company via Zoom, WebEx, LinkedIn and other remote channels
• Taking scheduled meetings to present our solutions, demos and explore business opportunities.
• Support the complete sales cycle, from qualified lead to close
• Actively seek out opportunities to reach new customers and expand the customer base
• Research and identify potential customers daily, and complete vendor registration processes with those new customers
• Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and kept up to date in the company database / CRM
• Conduct research to gather information about industry practices, competitors, and market trends.
• Answer incoming calls from leads, understand their requirements, and convert them to customers.
• Respond to customer requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs), and follow up to close the opportunity.
• Report your achievements and share feedback for continuous improvement and delivery
• Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline and revenue stream
• Perform data entry and ad hoc tasks
• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and goals
• Identify areas of opportunity and lost sales, collaborate with management to generate ideas to capture these opportunities
• Engage with technical team members in complex sales scenarios

Our requirements

• Applications are open to all experience levels, with a minimum of one year of proven success in sales or a similar role
• Experience in an active sales or business development role, particularly with cloud, SaaS, or ICT reseller platforms, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills across phone, instant messaging apps, video conferencing, email, and speaking in front of large groups
• Proven experience in lead generation on LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms
• Proficient in email, office productivity suite, Google Workspace, CRM, pipeline, VoIP, and remote access tools
• Your success in this role will be measured by the number of customer accounts developed, customer retention rate, and overall customer satisfaction. To succeed and progress, you must meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
• You should be prepared to work according to Saudi Arabian standard time and weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)

Technology resources mandatory for this role

• Personal and backup computer with a core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD and OS
• You should have access to fast, reliable internet and a dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Internet speed should be at least 100 Mbps, with a backup speed of 50 Mbps.
• USB headset with microphone and active noise cancellation feature
• Webcam
• All the above resources should always be in pristine working condition, with no exceptions
