Whatsapp marketer is a person who is able to promote the brand through WhatsApp marketing to reach the client base, build a strong relationship with the Client and build a rapport as well as enable the client to learn more about the brand through whatsapp and through calls.

-Gender- Female (should have clear, soft & confident voice)

-Age – 18 – 30

-Locations – C-scheme- Initial 3 months.

VKI area & Hybrid workforce – After 3 months. Requirements:

– She should be High School, Diploma or equivalent

-Prior experienced candidate will be Preferred.

-English & Hindi is mandatory. (Knowing Punjabi language is an added advantage)

-The candidate should be well versed with the in depth knowledge of whatsapp engagement

-She should be able to take follow ups, answering calls and good at Customer management.

-Should have great Communication Skills, Language Proficiency is a Must, she should be a good listener

-Send stocks and price list, product photos to the clients on daily basis

-responses of the clients to be written/ noted properly

-Follow the introduction and sales pitch every single time

– Reaching out to current clients, calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

-To record the reactions of the customer for the products or services including their details.

-Maintaining the database of the customer on Regular Basis

-No travelling required

-Salary – 15k- 20k / monthly
