SBE unique retails private limited Hiring for Assistant Manager Accounts at Chennai Full Time

• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of the books of accounts and financial statements, cash operations, maintenance of ledgers, open advances ,locals vendor payable, Budget preparation & monitoring
• Preparation of customer & Vendor outstanding list ageing wise.
• Customer payment collection follow ups weekly basis.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Prepare the monthly trail balance, balance sheet, profit and loss account and MIS reports.
• Handling Accounts Receivables and taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients and recovery of bad debts.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, ledger scrutiny and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Preparing MIS Reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz, fund management, sales, inventory control, profitability, etc.
• Finalization of Accounts and conducting internal audit & statutory audit and preparation of audit reports.
• Statutory Compliances-Working, Payments, Returns viz GST, Advance Tax, TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, ESIC, PF matters etc
• Prepare the ROC Compliances, DPT-3, MSME details working under Companies Act
• Preparing Cash Flow & Fund Flow Statement for determining fund requirements and monitoring / controlling application of funds
• Complete Reconciliations of Sundry debtors & creditors.
• Monthly Vendor debit balance scrutiny /Clearing vendors open advance payments.
• Handle Assessments of Income tax, Sales tax (VAT), Profession Tax, Service Tax.
• Team Co-ordination for Statutory Audits in co-ordination with Auditors of Company
• Complete Bank Reconciliation, Receipt and Payments
• Execution & supervision of End to end accounting up to finalization of company books

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
