Job Profile:

• Data entry & filing

• Raising Estimates and invoices for Sales

• Verifying the vendor invoices on time

• PT and PF coordination with the consultant

• TDS calculation on employee’s salary and vendor payments

• Judicious use of the amount over the course of a month to stay well within budget

• Attend all daily and weekly team meetings with senior team members

• Assist with conduct of quarterly audits

• Office Supplies management

• Timely follow‐up with Sr. Business Manager to ensure client payments come in once

invoice is raised

• Adherence to all set processes

• Submit daily JSR to Reporting Manager

Candidate Profile –

• Minimum 3 years work experience ‐ Media / Digital / Agency background

• Well versed with Tally ERP 9

• Basic knowledge about GST and TDS

• Basic knowledge about MS excel and MS word

• Possess keen eye for details

• Ability to work as a team member

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
