Scantech manufacture and supply the equipment with wide variety of laser applications in diverse fields like automobiles, medical, pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors, fabrication, and many others.

Education: B.Com., M.Com., CA

Relevant Experience: Yes, From a Similar Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:
Finalization of Accounts

Reconciliation of various Accounts (only review-workings to be prepared by Accountant)

Meetings with Auditors / co-ordinating with him / solving queries along with Accountant

Review of various compliances including Corp Law compliance

Monthly Returns / Payments / Statutory Compliances

Review of Excise Computations

Review of VAT Computations

Quarterly Returns / Payments / Statutory Compliances

Review of TDS Computations

Filing of TDS Returns

Review of Company Law Compliances

6Monthly Returns / Payments / Statutory Compliances

Review of Service Tax Computations

Filing of Service Tax Returns

Visiting Departments / Meeting / calling Consultants on various issues ( excise/vat/company law)

Ensuring Refunds are processed

Checking Status of Assessments

Providing them with information/ details as required

Ensuring various documents maintenance is done properly by staff

Supervision of Accounts Staff / resolving their queries / checking their work

Review of MIS Reports before submitting to Management

Cash Flow

Debtor / Creditors Outstanding Reports

Various Other Reports

Interacting with Management / updating them on various issues

Working on various tasks assigned

Bank Loans

Preparing Monthly Stock Statements

Meeting / calling bank officers for loans/bg and related issues

Investments of Idle funds (expected)
