In this role, you will help to bridge the gap between the top of the funnel (Employer Branding) and the bottom of the funnel (Recruitment). You will tap into marketing, sourcing, and recruitment practices to develop a talent pipeline that recruiters can source talent from. While talent is in the pipeline, you will maintain a relationship with talent through nurturing activities until they are identified and converted to an applicant. You will establish trust and build strong relationships with leaders and colleagues around the globe and demonstrate your ability to work in a highly matrixed organization while driving for results and excellence. You will serve as a key contributor to the delivery of critical talent for Schneider Electric.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for developing the strategic sourcing practices for an assigned critical talent segment.
Your will focus on growing our funnel with quality talent. This is not an on-demand sourcing role, but you will serve as an expert/consultant for sourcing practices within the TA community.
You will leverage data to inform the organization on talent but also as the foundation for targeting and outreach strategies.
You will partner heavily with Employer Branding to identify the channels we should leverage to market our brand for the purpose of attracting targeted talent into our funnel.
You will nurture talent at scale through our CRM by leveraging existing content while also partnering with others (Employer Branding, Business, Marketing) to develop new and targeted content.
You will lead and contribute to regular calibration calls with recruiters and stakeholders to maintain alignment on current and future talent needs.

You have sat in the seat of a recruiter or on-demand sourcing role for 7+ years and desire to transition your skillset from operational, requisition-based activities to more creative, scalable and strategy focused work. You can apply your skillset globally.
You are comfortable working in a demanding environment where the pace of progress might not move at the same pace as the level of urgency. When you encounter a roadblock, you keep focused and push through while displaying an openness to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving function.
You are a strong collaborator that can engage and influence partners across an organization. You can work with a high level of autonomy and understand when escalation is appropriate, and you are comfortable doing so.
You have 5+ years working on TA/HR projects and have developed strong organization and critical thinking skills. You can assess a problem, lay out a strategy, and see it through.
You have recent experience and current knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools (sourcing, recruitment marketing, video, interview scheduling, assessments, learning tools, etc.) and you take a digital first approach to your craft.
You have a strong customer orientation and superb communication skills with the ability to adjust your message and delivery based on the audience. You leverage your social skills to engage with others, expand your network and build alliances. Navigating in a global, matrix environment is second nature to you.
