Schwing Stetter India Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, specializing in concrete and construction machinery. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and service to our customers.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of Schwing Stetter machinery and equipment at customer sites. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, conducting routine maintenance, and providing technical support to customers as needed. You will also be responsible for training customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair technical issues with Schwing Stetter machinery and equipment at customer sites
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely or on-site
• Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of Schwing Stetter equipment
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Keep accurate and detailed records of service and maintenance activities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and advancements in Schwing Stetter equipment
