Science & Humans Hiring for Data Analyst at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, and experience with data mining, MIS production, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data from various sources
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Create and run ad-hoc queries and reports as needed to support business initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and determine appropriate data sources
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation
• Stay up-to-date with new data analysis tools and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in creating macros and using pivot tables, charts, and advanced formula functions
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful insights
• Experience with data mining and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets, including working with SQL and other database tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
