Job Title: Java Fullstack Trainer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Training Programs: Create detailed and structured training modules covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students and professionals, both online and offline.
• Curriculum Development: Continuously update and improve the curriculum to keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Practical Exercises: Design hands-on exercises and real-world projects to help trainees apply their knowledge.
• Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to trainees, helping them with their queries and ensuring their understanding of the concepts.
• Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java Fullstack development.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-end: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React/Vue.js.
• Back-end: Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs.
• Database: Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Development Tools: Experience with version control systems like Git, and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Other: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Training Experience: Prior experience in training or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Java, Fullstack development, or related fields.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of modern development practices such as Microservices, Containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?800,000.00 per year
