• Ensure that each team member has the tools it needs to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Cross team communication and coordination. (Social, Campaign and Web)
• Create project schedules that include timelines and deliverables for a project.
• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for projects.
• Work with Project Manager to handle project issues as they arise
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions on a day to day basis.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes and new scope of work.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Developing progress reports regarding projects.
• Help in building a strong team by cultivating relationships between each team and illustrating how individual team members are
• Experience 3+yrs
