ROI Business Analyst:

Exp: 7+ years

Responsible for

Business Analysis:

• Develop a good understanding of how the ROI models work, what the key drivers are and how to customise ROIs for account teams
• Have a deep understaning of Cisco CX Services that are modeled in the ROI to ensure that the results are meaningful
• Analysis of each request and verification of data input & output, working with Renewal Manager, Account teams, Delivery where needed
• Review ROI results with requesters/account teams and update the ROI as required
• Present ROI to the account team
• Monthly ROI Metrics reporting to regional managers
• Presentations to sales community on ROI tool and processes at large events or to specific accounts as required

Testing:

• Designing Test Cases for ROI Engine and Automated ROI
• Test reports/tracking
• Test execution, investigate issues and causes and recommend fixes
• Support end-users during User acceptance test execution
• Set-up regression tests
• Set up an automated testing and tracking framework if possible
