Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process complex claims for Annuity policies and obtain correct information from the system to verify the accuracy of accounts details.
• Research and process requests while working on multiple screens and applications.
• Review and verify information including names, addresses, ages, assets, and other data when reviewing claim submissions.
• Perform thorough due diligence and process transactions with an extremely high degree of accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, US state & federal guidelines when facilitating claim processing.
• Evaluate insurance policy coverage and calculate respective claim amounts.
• Keep track of policy records and perform data entry to maintain accurate client information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service
• Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
• Ability to work with strict timelines, and should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation in any stream; Commerce Graduate preferred.
• 1+ years of Claims processing experience (insurance domain) that required focus on quality including attention to details, accuracy, and accountability.
• Ability to spot fraudulent claims, handle exceptional situations, identify the red flags, and perform calculations based on nominees shareholding patterns.
• Experience in a professional/office-related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.
• Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
• Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98%
• Need to have effective business communication skills.
• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Must have good Email & Letter writing skills.
• Good understanding of MS-Excel and MS-Outlook.
