The global directory services and collaboration team is responsible to manage the company’s identity systems, Single Sign-On, Office 365 and Azure services among other technologies like Microsoft PKI, Citrix VDI, CyberArk etc.
About the role – you will:Support configuration, administration, and deployment of Azure SSO (single-sign-on)Troubleshoot SSO (SAML, OAuth) for internal and SAAS applicationsProvide day-to-day technical support and ticket managementRegularly patch deployment on Windows and Linux serversBe available for On-Call support during non-business hours as neededWork on IT / Business sponsored projectsAbout you:Ability to solve problems in stressful situationsAttention to detailGood Communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to inexperienced usersTime management skills and has an extreme customer focus mindsetAbility to work with minimal supervisionYour experience includes:Experience in IT – System AdministrationKnowledge of IT systems, server and networking infrastructureHands-on experience in administrating Windows and Linux serversExperience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Oracle LDAP (ODSEE, OUD, OAM)Strong understanding and background of working with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAPKnowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows AuthenticationHands-on experience and Knowledge of SSO (SAML, OAuth)Location:
