Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

– Conduct basic keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush.

– Identify relevant keywords to target based on industry trends and competitor analysis.

2. On-Page SEO:

– Assist in optimizing website content, including meta tags, headers, and alt text.

– Help ensure that on-page SEO practices align with best practices and are consistently applied.

3. Content Optimization:

– Support in updating and optimizing existing content to improve search engine rankings.

– Collaborate with the content team to implement SEO guidelines in new content.

4. Link Building:

– Assist in executing link-building strategies, including outreach and partnership development.

– Research and identify potential backlink opportunities to enhance domain authority.

5. Technical SEO:

– Perform basic technical SEO audits, including checking site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors.

– Assist in implementing technical SEO recommendations.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

– Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

– Compile reports on SEO performance, traffic trends, and keyword rankings.

7. Competitor Analysis:

– Analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

– Assist in developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

8. Learning and Development:

– Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

– Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements:

– Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.

– Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus.

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

– Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

– Willingness to learn and adapt to new SEO strategies and techniques.
