Compliance Lead Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting and implementing company policies and procedures
• Managing Compliance plan and Controls Assurance
• Reviewing policy and development
• In-depth knowledge of the NIST 800-53 requirements and authorization processes and the ability to translate them into requirements for internal teams
• Conducting internal reviews and audits
• Understand complex technical security architectures (including cloud architecture) and apply that to compliance projects as needed.
• Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
• Maintaining Risk, Configuration, and Incident management registers
• Understand and be able to implement all aspects of the ISO standards
• Create and maintain documentation specific to each implementation

Your Experience

• Min 4 years experience in a compliance/operations-based role
• Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks.
• English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication
• At least three years of hands-on experience in the Information Security Framework Management area
• In-depth familiarity with the ISO, NIST Standards and implementations, citing specific roles and responsibilities
• Ability to scope, conduct and analyze audits based on controls frameworks
• Experience in conducting on-site audits and managing the entire lifecycle for risk treatment and corrective action plans

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
