- Answer the phones and explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Performing essential admin duties including content making, sending emails, and marking leave
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Certificate issuing
- Leave request accepting and data-keeping.
- Documentation of the recruitment process
- Employer’s employment policies upgradation and maintenance
- Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
Qualification: any bachelor’s degree with proven experience in the sales file
