Job description

· A candidate who has experience of previously working in an import and export company and is well versed with international accounting practices in trading industry

· 3-6 years experience with Import Export, Trading companies preferred and experience in International Taxational Laws would be beneficial.

· Excellent communication in English.

· Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP and working on cloud platform.

Job description:

• Process all invoices and related payments in timely, accurate and complete fashion.
• Handling of Pre Shipment and Post Shipment Financing.
• Establish LC bank Guarantee
• Accounting of Export and Import Transactions.
• Book-Keeping.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information in Tally ERP.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Maintains the accuracy of the inventory system, prepare credit notes, track of the costs , the reconciliation to the general ledger accounts and ensures proper recording of cost of sales.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Liaison with bank and other stake holders
• Any other work or account related activity assigned
• Job Timings : 8 am – 5 pm
• Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Yearly bonus
