Security Brigade Hiring for Sales Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Provide the necessary support to the sales team and become the point of reference for

colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation

and information.

Responsibilities

• Primarily assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the

distribution of any sales documentation.

• Prepare and send sales proposals and quotations to clients. Share sample demo reports

and certificates with clients when required.

• Coordinate within sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

communicating relevant information. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in

electronic form and present reports.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines in coordination with the

delivery executive.

• Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and

presentation folders is always up to date

• Add leads into the system and assign to the account manager.
• Create and produce reports on progress within the department and outline any

developed strategies to improve.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative

positions will be considered a plus.

• Possess strong communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent team development skills and possess excellent customer service skills.
