Our platform is used by some of the largest organizations in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and federal sectors. Summary:
We are looking for an experienced UX Prototyper to create and manage our design (non code-based) prototyping efforts for our NextGen SIEM 2.0 Technology product. This individual will join a team of UX designers working on the various layers of UX for the app.
Responsibilities:

• Work in an agile development environment, focused on rapid prototyping
• Expertise with prototyping tools such as Figma (primary tool), Anima, XD, Axure, etc.
• Experience delivering high fidelity, complex interactive prototypes
• Maintain and update library of prototype components that align with the Design System
• Collaborate with UI team to create and develop reusable patterns/components
• Stay current with trends, best practices, and methodologies in areas of UX and UI design industry trends
• Contribute to overall design framework to ensure consistent experiences across suite of products
• Complete UX deliverables on time, at a top quality, and that demonstrate clear expertise in overall user experience and detailed interactions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a UX Designer or similar role, 3 or more with a focus on hi-fidelity prototypes
• You have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates highly developed skills in prototyping and managing them (repository hygiene, version control, reusable components, etc.)
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Experience crafting for a broad set of UI platforms including web, desktop and mobile
• Expert in standard UX software such as Figma (primary tool), Anima, XD, Axure, etc.

Preferred:

• Related Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or other Design/Business Related Degree
• Experience working in a cloud focused organization
• This role is not building code-based prototypes, though familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor tweaks will be helpful
