Due to ongoing customer growth we have an exciting opportunity for exceptional Customer Support & Test Engineers to join our team. As part of our India-based Engineering Team, you’ll divide your team between helping test our SaaS application and providing high quality support to customers based in the USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

As a Customer Support Engineer at SeekOut, you will:

• Work in English via email, chat, and video calls to provide advanced product a to internal stakeholders and our end users
• Handle customer inquiries and requests in English via Jira, email, online chat, and video call
• Provide users with training and instruction on the use of our product, and help resolving any issues they may be having, with a specific focus on people search, passive candidate sourcing, and recruiting best practises
• Create user documentation and knowledge base articles
• Manage the reporting of bugs and issues, from opening tickets and internal escalation to communicating resolutions to customers
• Perform manual testing of new features and updates on our Web-Based SaaS application and related backend systems

Our ideal Customer Support Specialist will have

• 3+ years of experience supporting B2B for a SaaS product as a support specialist OR 3+ years of hands-on Recruiting (or candidate sourcing) experience working with USA-based hiring managers and candidates – ideally with a focus on tech skill sets
• Strong and demonstrable skills with Candidate Search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATSs, or SeekOut including the ability to build complex Boolean searches
• Excellent customer service manners and strong writing skills, including exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of the entire recruiting process – ideally having worked in the Recruiting and/or HR Tech industry.
• Strong and demonstrable skills with Candidate Search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATSs, or SeekOut, including the ability to build complex Boolean searches
• Exceptional English skills, including professional-level proficiency in both verbal and written
• Experience with common sales or support tools such as online chat (Intercom, Drift, etc.), ticketing (Jira, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
• Excellent general computer skills, including Excel
• The ability to be self-directed and work independently
• A great attitude and be a friendly, low-ego team player
• Massive bonus points for experience with Customer Support or Test/QA Engineering, previous work in a startup or high-growth environments
