• 1-2 years of working experience as UI & UX Designer or Product Designer or similar UX related role.

• Excellent designing skills of page layouts and templates, passionate for quality.

• Strong understanding in Front-End and UI Designing

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

• Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines including discernment of which projects are of greatest value to the company.

• Good grasp over color, typography, gradient, and other design elements

• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convert concepts into design & offer various solutions.

• Must have knowledge in HTML, CSS, Grid System and Flex Layout.

• Knowledge of design tools like Figma is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Webflow, Responsive Web Design, JS Library integration will be plus.

• Certification from any Design School

• Come up with new design from scratch based on client requirements

• Design UI with all elements for app(s), web control panel and website

• Must follow style standards on fonts, colors and images

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

• Continually follow latest design trends and best practice standards

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
