Job Description
Job Description : Direct Tax
Ø Assistance in filing of monthly & annual return such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
Ø Assistance in filing of ITC-04
Ø Assistance in filing of refund claim under inverted duty structure & exports
Ø Handling GST Audits and notices
Ø Assessments under erstwhile Indirect tax assessments
Ø Liasioning with Statutory/Internal auditors with respect to Indirect tax
Ø Preparation and sharing of amendment in law, detailed instructions with regard to the changes in tax laws specifically impacting the company business to ensure uniform practice across the company
Ø Regular discussion with all stakeholders (internal / external) and addressing their issues
