Implementation/Installation
Installing and configuring hardware, network, and software components of the solution necessary for the successful implementation of the RFID Cashless systems.
Perform validations, troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues in regard to Hardware, network or software.
Conduct systems (Hardware, Software, Process) training to customer, internal teams and any 3rd party as needed.
Manage open issues related to implementation.
Maintain implementation tracker, send weekly status reports, conduct weekly calls and follow up with the customer and internal teams on project status.
Any other tasks assigned by manager or company.
Support
Field incoming help requests from customers via telephone, email or any other media or work orders in a courteous manner and meet agreed service level agreements with customers.
Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
Conduct remote and onsite training to customers, create training videos, quick reference manuals/videos on need basis.
Create documentation of frequently occurring support requests, provide suggestions for process and product improvement.
Provide support to sales team as needed.
Travel to Expos conducted nationally and internationally. Set up expo booth, participate in expo and dismantle expo booth.
Handle logistics related to transportation, shipping, handling, receiving and storage of goods and equipment.
Any other tasks assigned by manager or company.
Preferred Skills & Experiences
Adequate knowledge of electronics and basic Network knowledge with router and access point configuration knowledge.
Working knowledge of windows desktop and server operating systems and architecture.
Data analysis via queries and basic server operations is an advantage.
Experience working in Family Entertainments (FEC), Amusement and Theme parks a plus.
Experience of working with arcade game machines is an advantage.
Additional Requiements and Work Environment
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening.
This position requires the Candidate to be based in Dallas.
Valid US driver’s license, Valid Passport (travel to national & international locations as needed).
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings based on national and international customer demand.
Must be able to perform physical labor involving bending, kneeling and lifting. The installation and support of equipment will require physically receiving, unpacking, moving, lifting and racking computer and network related devices, cables and accessories. Drilling may be part of the installation process.
