What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for setting Loop’s product design vision and practices while scaling the team and culture during the company’s growth phase.
• Building and leading a cross functional design team that includes product designers, user researchers, and behavioral designers.
• Oversee design strategy that includes digital and offline service design. Own business critical design projects and drive them to closure. 
• Be a strong strategic business partner to Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing leaders
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design at leading product companies, with at least 2+ years managing design teams.
• Exceptional product and brand design vision, and a strong belief in Loop’s principles and mission
• Experience and passion for scaling design teams, practices, and culture in a high-growth company
• Experience with design thinking, research, and prototyping methods
• A portfolio that displays an exceptional understanding of user-centered, thoughtful product design
• Excellent design taste and care for both visual UI polish and usability, together
• Experience working cross-functionally with leaders in product, engineering, data, marketing
