Job Description:

• Requirements gathering: The consultant must understand the client ‘s business requirements and goals to provide an effective solution.
• Client Demos – Should coordinate with the sales/pre-sales team, understand the requirements, customize the demo, and deliver the presentation whenever required for our prospects.
• Implementation: The consultant should be able to configure, customize, and deploy the Odoo software based on the client ‘s needs.
• Training: The consultant must provide training to the client ‘s employees to ensure they can use the software effectively. (Internal to the team members and delivery same to the client whenever required)
• Support: The consultant should provide ongoing support to the client, including bug fixing and troubleshooting.
• Integration: The consultant should be able to integrate Odoo with other systems and software used by the client.
• Project management: The consultant should assist the implementation project and ensure it is completed within the budget and timeline.
• Documentation: The consultant should create and maintain documentation related to the project,including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Functional Expertise: All major modules like accounting,sale,purchase,HR. Inventory,MRP,CRM, Marketing,Website etc.
• Communication Skills: An Odoo consultant should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide guidance and training to end-users, also internally whenever required for our development team for the project or requirement understanding.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The consultant should be able to identify and solve problems that arise during the implementation, customization, and usage of the Odoo ERP system. Should be able tosuggest the out-of-the-box ideas but knowing the available tool set at the marketplace to ensure it is swiftly implemented
• Good Technical Knowledge: An Odoo consultant should have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the Odoo platform, including its modules, workflows, and APIs. This knowledge should be coupled with a strong understanding of software development, databases, and system administration.
• Different Domain understanding: Consultants should have an eye for detail of major business.
• Team Management and Leadership – Consultant should be capable of handling/mentoring the team.
