• Stakeholder collaboration to understand business requirements and design complete data solutions to meet the business need while developing scalable, reusable data models
• Design, develop, test and implement operational/Analytics reports, scorecards, benchmarks and dashboards.
• Implement and maintain access and data security of the business intelligence environment.
• Leverage prior experience and industry-standard best practices to analyze cross-functional data and provide insights to business teams
• Define required data integration requirements between various systems and work with extended team to get them created
• Follow all documented architecture, design & deployment processes to ensure compliance with policies
• Partner with Global team to help implement solutions for end-user adoption
• Keep pace with the latest tools & technology across various databases, data lakes, warehouses etc
• Develop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of enterprise business processes
• Cross-train other team members and convey value delivered on key initiatives to the broader organization
• Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Responsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when reporting data is in question.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar 8+ years of experience with a suite of BI technologies (Snowflake, SAP HANA, Python, AWS, Azure, Power BI, Tableau, Matillion, HVR). 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Snowflake core development Experience working on SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Data Replication, Data-sharing & Data-ingestion into Snowflake End to end Snowflake implementation experience is strongly desired Experience with Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security & Performance Optimization Experience in ad-hoc data analysis, solution design, reporting & dashboard development Expertise in working with cross-functional teams across different geos Excellent communication skills, ability to work individually and in a broader geographically disperse team Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in analytics technologies and the ability to learn new technology Strong business orientation skills Displays exemplary leadership skills and owns the end to end solution delivery Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Customer, Product domain is a plus
