Skills:
Experience in quality engineering and/or software application development.
Experience in working with test automation frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
Experience with both Linux and Windows systems administration.
Experience in package deployment, authentication, system patching automation.
Demonstrated proficiency in Terraform and Ansible (or similar infrastructure management and configuration toolsets).
Experience in Perl (preferred) and Python.
Familiarity with various container technologies.
Hands on experience with cloud provider technologies such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
Experience with monitoring platforms and writing service checks (Nagios and/or Zabbix preferred).
Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
Overall, 6 to 10 years of experience with MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the vendor integrations in lab.
Research and come up with data scenarios for Vendor products and add automation tests for integrations and continuously monitor and fix failures.
Work closely with Business Development to get the latest updates from vendor and upgrade labs. Ensure to have the latest and greatest on the topology for each to ensure that our lab instances are closer to real Customer deployments.
Come up with innovative ways to ensure cost effectiveness in maintaining lab w.r.t. hardware requirements.
Install new vendor products or new versions of the vendor products based on Engg request.
Augment monitoring for new products
Fully document installation and maintenance procedures.
Monitor the health of all the integrations on a daily basis and react to alarms and address licensing issues
Work closely with team to address issues in labs in timely manner
Triage/Troubleshoot issues w.r.t configuration/roles/performance/data/clustering/onprem vs on cloud.
Interact with different software development teams to test, deploy, and report on product performance, quality, security, and stability.
Drive cross-team technical discussions and decision making.

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
