In this exciting new role, you will lead the development of innovative products with our strategic customers and partners. Working together, you will discover unique user needs and journeys, gather requirements, and craft a vision and roadmap for an innovative new product. You will collaborate with your peers in Engineering, Design, and more to execute on the vision and bring your co-developed product to market. You will drive their product roadmap and help scale the business in our maturing Employee Workflows Organization. This role requires a mix of Strategic insight as well as classic Product Management skills (i.e. starting from scratch, understanding market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and technologies that support those customer needs and ultimately the build / buy trade-offs).
Tasks and responsibilities

Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programs
Evaluate new product ideas, refine the business case, build prototypes for early customer validation.
Partner closely with our strategic partners and customers acting as a trusted leader to formulate the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Drive product development by leading cross-functional teams including research, design, and engineering to define, design, accept, and adapt features.
Create storyboards and wireframes to effectively communicate functional specs to experience design and development teams
Be the voice of the customer and advocate for business value and exceptional usability during day-to-day development
Validate product designs and prototypes with customers, enterprise stakeholders and prospects to co-innovate and test the requirements
Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
10+ years of overall experience with 8+ years of product management experience in defining, launching, and growing Enterprise or SaaS products in an agile technology organization
Relentless curiosity, a passion for identifying new opportunities, and a get-it-done attitude.
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels
Strong technical background with expertise in product development methodologies and technologies relevant to ServiceNow’s industry, particularly with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong user experience/design sense, strong product definition skills with a record of building great technical products
Strong customer focus, stakeholder empathy, inclusive approach towards team members and growth mindset
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with Research, UX, Engineering and facilitating brainstorming sessions to arrive at a solution
Experience in working directly with Customers, Sales, and Engineering, preferably in North America or Europe
Proven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences
Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred
