This position reports to: Chief of Staff, India Development Centre

Role:

The Business Operations Analyst role is focused on active and effective engagement with our employees & our communities here in India Development Centre.

To work along with the Business Operation Manager in driving all employee engagement initiatives. The initiatives will be tailored organizational needs and to target specific employee population including but not limited to

• Early in Career
• Diversity employees
• New Hires (less than 1 year in the company)
• Long Tenured (>3 years)
• Additionally, she/he will support in driving CSR activities.

You will get to work closely with

• Local leadership team of different functions & businesses in IDC
• Employee base
• Local NGOs and industry forums focused on CSR activities. Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to understand the specific challenges faced by the target population.
• Engage and connect with senior ServiceNow IDC leaders, Local NGOs, and industry leaders.
• Provides opportunity to create a personal brand inside & outside ServiceNow.
• Organize activities’ calendar in accordance with the operating plan.
• Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Is highly visible in ServiceNow India
• Responsible for Event coordination
• Develop and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
• Roll out appropriate communication strategy for awareness of employees on various aspects of employee engagement (Employee Belonging groups, DEI groups and similar forums)
• Support manager in interfacing with external employee engagement partners for various engagement initiatives.
• Includes an aspect of finance and purchase related operational responsibilities

Desired Skillsets:

• Building and maintaining SharePoint / Microsites
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to maintain budgets & expenses.
• Keen Interest to learn new technology and using technology to simplify processes for the Business Operations Function
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
• Excellent People(interpersonal) skills. Able to connect with others and build key relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Passion for People
• MBA degree in HR field with >2 years
• Interest in operations, events, and process improvements
• A proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels.
• Excellent Organization and presentation skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think creative and set ideas/goals into collaborative tools like PPT, Miro, planner, etc.
• Passion to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams
