On a daily basis, manage the Patient Care Services (In- Patient, Out- Patient)Handle enquiries individually to ensure accurate and polite communication, and offer all relevant information.Maintain an open channel of communication between the patient and the medical staff.Creates and enforces organisational standards to ensure service quality.Ensure proactive and responsive service in person, over the phone, and through the mail.Need – A self-assured person with a nice personality Individuals that are self-motivated to achieve their goals.
