Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our IT service-based company. As an HR and Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management and HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
• Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Coordinate with external providers and address employee queries related to benefits.
• Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance records, including tracking vacation, sick leave, and other absences. Ensure accurate and timely recording of attendance data and coordinate with payroll for processing.
• Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee queries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
• HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and HR metrics. Provide data and insights to support decision-making and HR strategy.
• HR Projects: Support various HR projects, initiatives, and programs as assigned, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• General Admin Tasks: Maintaining internal databases, submitting expense reports, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing regular reports and presentations, organizing, storing, and printing company documents as needed. Additional tasks include managing travel arrangements, handling queries from managers and employees, updating office policies, and ensuring compliance with them.
• Internal Communication: Ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information to employees, coordinating internal announcements, facilitating effective communication channels, and maintaining communication tools and platforms. Promoting effective communication practices, fostering collaboration among teams, and facilitating the flow of information between different departments.
