Requirement :
We are looking for Customer relationship managers for attending our customers over phone
Person will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
Job Flexibility : Work from home
Nature of Job:
Making Outbound calls, Managing Inbound calls, Counseling on the call, Schedule customer interviews for sales meeting , Manage regular operation and system update as per the call status,
Should be able to attend customer inbound or outbound calls ; Calling customers and addressing to their search on buying plots and housing requirements giving detailed information about our company and our projects; Fixing site visit ; Assisting Clients on their travel arrangements and constant Follow ups for sales finalization and deal closure;
Preferred Previous Exposure: Retired Professionals age group 45 60
