Job Description:
URGENTLY REQUIRE FRESH OR EXPERIENCED FIELD OFFICERS INTERESTED TO GROW WITH US IN REAL ESTATE MARKET
Fresh or Experienced Field Officers needed for SG Associates Kumbakonam who can work with our customers requirements, suggest suitable real estate construction projects and close sales deals. Candidates shall be working closely with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, including handling new leads, screening prospects, site visits, documentations and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Handling site visit for all customers
Identifying new opportunities in real estate market .
Matching Customer requirement with available real estate projects with the company
Converting opportunities into sales.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
Handling Back office support jobs as per requirements
Requirements:
Interest in Real estate market
Customer relationship management
Computer knowledge
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
Office timing: Monday to Saturday : Field job: 10 AM 7 PM
Age Limit: 18 – 32
Education:
10+2 Schooling
Should have 2 Wheeler
Should have Android Mobile
Should have Computer / Laptop for use
Salary: 5000 -8000/Month + incentives
