Post Name: Online Customer Relationship Officers
Job Location: Online
Job Description: We are looking for Customer relationship officers for attending our customers over phone. Person will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
Nature of Job: Making Outbound calls, Managing Inbound calls, Counseling on the call, Schedule customer interviews for sales meeting , Manage regular operation and system update as per the call status, Should be able to attend customer inbound or outbound calls ; Calling customers and addressing to their search on buying plots and housing requirements giving detailed information about our company and our projects; Fixing site visit ; Assisting Clients on their travel arrangements and constant Follow ups for sales finalization and deal closure; Will be responsible for entire day to day office management ONLINE
Desired Candidate Profile
* Fresh Graduate – 12+ (or) Any degree (or) 1-2 year of experience in real estate & construction
* Should have good knowledge on Kumbakonam , Chennai and its surroundings
* Should have little bit understanding about real estate market and construction field
* Should be familiar with MS Office (word, excel, ppt ) and Internet
* Should be able to browse websites and gather data that’s required for customer needs
* Should be able to advertise our projects and website data in other key websites
* Good Written and Oral Communication Skills (Tamil/ English)
* Establish rapport & understanding with customers
* Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Work :
1) Login / Online from 9 AM till 7 PM for all customer call handling
2) Call Outbound leads as provided by Manager
3) Inform Property Owner or Property Buyers about our services and charges
4) Understand Customer requirement and Match them with available projects or properties in hand
5) Incase properties are not available in hand – search web and check if something similar matches requirement
6) Arrange for site visit for customer with site supervisor or Manager or property owner
7) Facilitate Agreement with customers upon maturity of deal
8) Collect service charges as per agreement from customer
9) Support Office requirements and Advertising activity from time to time
