The principle responsibilities essentially include:

Accountant in ZOHO with experience MIS reporting

Minimum 4 Years’ Experience.

Accounting Tasks:

• Maintain accurate financial records according to accounting principles.
• Process financial transactions (receipts, payments, etc.).
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.).
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Daily transactions in Zoho books
• Recording daily transactions relating to AR and AP in Books of Accounts in Zoho Books.
• Petty cash management and employee advance/expense management from zoho
• Monthly TDS payment and reconciliation with 26 AS
• Monthly GST filing, payment and Reconciliation with GST 2A
• Monthly MIS preparation and presentation to management
• Maintaining Fixed assets register
• Processing Payroll through ZOHO Software

MIS Reporting Tasks:

• Collect, organize, and clean financial data from various sources.
• Design and develop MIS reports using accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Automate report generation whenever possible.
• Analyse MIS reports to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Present MIS reports to management in a clear and concise way.
• Support other departments by providing financial data and insights

RequirementsStrong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with database management concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
