The principal responsibilities shall essentially include:
- Experienced in independently Finalizing the Books of accounts along with the auditor. Separate financials statement needs to be prepared for each Business Vertical.
- Monthly closing entries after ledger scrutiny
- Quarterly TDS return filing and 26 AS reconciliation
- Monthly GST filing, payment and Reconciliation with GST 2B
- Experience in filing ISD return will be an added advantage
- Maintaining Fixed assets register (business vertical-wise bifurcation is important)
- Experience in handling ISO audit and developing process flows wherever required
- End-to-end accounting of subsidiary companies outside India along with their return filing
- Inter-company reconciliation
- Experience in Transfer pricing audit will be an added advantage
- Liaisoning with various business units with regards to sales targets and customer payments
- Monitor cash flow of the company to ensure positive net cash flow
- Monthly MIS preparation and presentation to management
Requirements
Desirable Skillset:
- Years of Experience- 5 -8 years
- Good communication in English
- Team player, willing to learn, Functional expertise, Execution excellence.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office
