Looking DMS Administrator for the Leading Automobile Industry at Pune

Qualification: BSC- Computer / BBA-CA/BCA/B.Tech Computer

Job Location: Pune

Exp: 2 to 5 yrs

Job Responsibility:

• Support all issues of dealers and KG employees PAN India

• Look into technical issues, if any.• Should have leadership experience and communication skills

• Should have knowledge of CRM/DMS/SDLC

• Should have leadership experience and communication skills

• Co-ordinate with DMS Vendor for issues and Development

• Co-ordinate with dealer and KG team for any intermediate discussion

• Co-ordinate with dealer and KG team for issue closure.

• Testing of new enhancements published and communicate to all.

• Class room training to be conducted for dealers as well as KG team.

• On and Off job training for dealers as well as KG team.

• Co-ordinate with various vendors for issues/integration with various systems/etc.

• Co-ordinate with project lead for various issues.

• Candidate must be having good understanding of CRM processes in the automobile domain,

• Candidate willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
