The Role
The FS Europe & East Analyst is primarily responsible for responsible for a or couple of OUs planning and reporting and need to support the delivery of key global activities such as TPF, C2S, COLCO Reporting that form part of DELCO and COLCO planning.
The FS Europe & East Analyst will consider economic and business trends, review past company performance, and attempt to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye toward forecasting the business’ future financial results and supporting delivery of its ultimate potential.
The key stakeholders for the FS Europe & East Analyst are GM Finance, Pricing Managers, Sales Managers and Account Managers with whom they will partner closely to deliver the following:
- Operation Plan
- Preparation of Latest Estimates on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of monthly MI reporting
- Manage any COLCO related Adhoc questions
- Perform Sales Bonus Calculation

- A Bachelors or Master’s degree or Professional Qualification, in Accounting/Finance with exceptional numeracy skills.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Understanding of Fleet Solutions Financial (desirable) and Management Information Systems and Data Flows as well as a passion for leveraging technology to automate MI and increasingly build data-driven plans & forecasts.
- Passion for the Mobility business, eMobility and the role of Fleet Solutions, The Energy Transition and a curiosity for how the business delivers value.
- The ability to process and link large volumes of incomplete information into a compelling set of actionable analyses for senior business leaders is key
