HSE Incident Management System(IMS) & Process Analyst General The Safety and Environment Business Systems team acts as the business owner for the global HSSE IT systems including the HSSE Incident Management system (Sphera Cloud). This role supports all of the Group Businesses in the use of Sphera Cloud(SC) and the delivery of HSE Incident Reporting, working closely with the Reporting Teams and HSE focal. Sphera Cloud is the global application for HSSE Incident Management in Shell. HSSE Incidents can be entered by anyone of our approximately 100K staff and is also made available to contractors. Reporting is run through centralized reporting teams. The Business Systems team works, with the businesses, to identify opportunities to improve Learning from Incidents (LfI) through ensuring high data quality on entry (first time right), efficient and effective reporting systems and processes. The vision is for one version of the data at the required accuracy and quality; simplified standardized and automated processes; with standard systems supporting first time right data entry and efficient reporting; and improved analytics and insight capabilities. Purpose As an analyst and super user to the HSE Incident management system, you will provide expertise and support to all Shell businesses around the world on the use of Sphera Cloud. The position provides guidance to others across the group who are leveraging the system for reporting and LfI purposes. This includes focus on encouraging employees within the company to leverage existing capabilities; streamlining and improve processes and improving quality. Identify, design and test opportunities to improve the functioning of Sphera Cloud for all business operations via collaboration with the business representatives and the IT department. Support changes to SC to keep the system aligned with ongoing business changes like re-organizations and changing HSSE reporting requirements. Work to maintain SC, ensuring supporting information is kept up to date and that the system is aligned with the latest business requirements and structure. Liaise between the Businesses and the IT organization supporting SC, to support the resolution of operational problems. Support in the management and communication of upcoming system changes to the organization. Establishing strong relationships is essential, across a broad set of global stakeholders. This must be supported by strong communication skills. Accountabilities:

Dimensions:
Communication with the HSSE reporting Teams and Site Process Focal Points will be a key part of the role. Specific complexity may come from the different business requirements applicable in the various operations.
You will be working with stakeholders from many cultures and countries and will need to be effective working virtually. Work pattern is standard 40/5. Flexibility will be required in order to maintain relationships, with some evening meetings required.
