ROLES & RESPOSIBILITY:
Book-keeping, Petty cash and daily review of entries.
Review of Accounts Payable with respect to Purchase, Service, Employee expenses, Vendor payment of bills etc.
Review of Accounts Receivable with respect to Maintenance income, DG charges, Electricity, Water and other miscellaneous income.
Payroll Handling: Payroll processing, TDS computation
Statutory Compliance review, returns and payments:
– Monthly TDS payments and returns for Contractors, Rental, Salary, Remuneration, Hire Charges
– ESIC payments and monthly returns
– PF payments, monthly and annual returns
– GST payments and returns filing
– Professional tax payments and monthly returns
– Quarterly advance income tax computation and payments
Coordinating and attending queries for Periodical Internal auditors, Annual statutory auditors, Annual income tax auditors, periodical departmental auditors etc
Coordinating for other compliances like:
– Shops and Establishment
– PT registration
– Building renewals
– Employee health insurance
Preparing reports on Variance analysis, AR, AP.
Provide accurate and timely financial information, MIS, Cost & Contracts, recommendations and reports to facilitate the decision-making process of management
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Ensuring the OHS aspects and wellbeing among the team and legal compliance obligations.

Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum Qualification: B. Com, Intermediate CA/ICWAI Level Qualified
Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 Years of relevant experience
Salary Range : 600,000 CTC to 9,60,000 CTC/per annum
