Role – Customer Support Executive.
Process- Chat process
Exp. – 6 months or above.
Requirements –
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Job Types: Part time
Salary: ₹7000 – ₹8000 per month
Time: 7 pm to 11pm
