HR Asst.- Human ResourceJob Title : HRDepartment : Human ResourceLanguages : English and HindiJob Responsibilities: Overseeing all HR activities.Handling the payroll for all the employees.Maintain Attendance and co-ordinate with various department for keeping track of an employee’s attendance.Support the HR Head in recruitment and selection process, dismissal / exit processes.Conducting employee newcomers joining formalities.Maintain Employee file as directed by the HR HeadMaintaining Training records of the employeesDesigning and directing training programs.Taking training feedback and training evaluation.Work with all departments and positions of the company as well as contractual staff.Assisting HR Head in all HR activities.Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employeeRequirements: Location: Candidates from Vasai-Virar will be preferred.Education: Commerce GraduateLanguages: English and HindiExperience: 3 Years and MoreTechnical Skills: ERP and Ms. Office knowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Human Resource: 1 year (Required)
